She keeps on growing, and growing, and.......

So here is a recent picture of the growing belly. I am just over 32 weeks now. It feels like I just popped out all of the sudden in the last 2 weeks.

My latest project!

Phoenix has used the same two flannel blankets since he was born. When he was almost 2 Byron and I left him for almost a week with my sister and brother-in-law so we could go on a cruise to Mexico together. While we were gone Phoenix became extra attached to those blankets. He has a white and blue one (his favorite) and a green one (the back-up) His white one he calls "Boo" and his green one he calls "Other Boo."

I decided Zion was going to need some "Boos" too. I went last week and bought the flannel and for the last few days I have not left my sewing machine. I made two blankets and four matching burp clothes.

First trip to the dentist!

"Are you ready Leopard?"
"Say Awwww!"
"Look how brave I am Leopard!"
"Let's floss."
"Now rinse."

Well Phoenix had his first dental appointment today. He had an exam and a full cleaning. They were not sure they would be able to do a cleaning because Phoenix is still kind of young, but he was AWESOME. I took Leopard with us and they were great to play into that. Fist Leopard got his teeth cleaned then Phoenix.

Phoenix just wanted to say thanks to Aunt Lisa for his cute new shirt. He looks so handsome in it!!

Big Helper

Phoenix loves to help Byron and I empty the dishwasher. It is really cute. I can't wait until he can do it all by himself.

" I love motorcycles!! "

Phoenix went to play with his friend Carter the other day while I went to the OBGYN for my check up. while he was there he found a little man riding a motorcycle that Carter got at some point in a happy meal. Phoenix was hooked. He would not let go of it. Needless to say we ended up taking it home and waiting until he put it down to hide it so we could return it. Byron stopped at Wal-Mart on his way home from work last night and found a replacement. Phoenix was very pleased with his new motorcycle.

Oh what do we do in the Summer time?

Well one of Phoenix's favorite things is the park. We met his cousin Xander at the park the other day and the two boys had a very fun time.

Getting ready for brother!!!

We did some rearranging and cleaning this weekend, and decided since we only have 10 weeks until the arrival of our little Zion we should start getting things out. I set up the bassinets and washed all the bedding.

Phoenix has been very interested in "brother's bed." He has been practicing putting his favorite stuffed leopard down for night nights. Phoenix has been so cute I can not wait to see him with his brother.
