The Riverwalk

We took Jeni and Kevin to San Antonio to the Riverwalk. It is really pretty. We had lunch at the italian restraunt Byron and I ate at on our honeymoon. We had a really good time, even though a bird pooped right on Phoenix's head and down his arm.

The Korea House

Kevin, Jeni, Phoenix, and myself went to meet Byron for lunch the other day. We decided to take Jen and Kev to our favorite Korean restraunt "The Korea House." Yuuummm!!!

Happy Birthday

Our trip to Cabela's

We went to Cabela's ( Sporting good store ) the other day. It is a pretty cool place. We all had a good time especially the Xander and Phoenix

The new hair do!

Well I have been wanting to cut my hair for a looooooong time, so when I found out Jen was cutting her for locks of love I told her to wait and we would go together. Here is the before and after. (We tried the curly look today and tomorrow will be the straight look. I will post those also.)

Uncle Kevin and Aunt Jen come to visit

We are having such a good time allready with Kevin and Jen. We have checked out all the scrapbooking stuff at our new Joanns store, went to Shrek the Third (with Josh, Chrissta, and kids too) and we ate dinner at Rudy's YUUUUUM!!

What Time Is It?

We have celebrated each of our three anniversaries by purchasing a new time piece. This year we decidted to purchase a mantle clock even though we don't have a traditional mantel over a fireplace. The other two photos are from year one and two.

A House Renewed

For Tara's Birthday one of her friends gave her two days of maid service. We really needed it after having all of the first floor popcorn removed from the ceilings and me working on the floors.......lots and lots of dust. The house looks totally different.

Oh My Aching Back!!!

The new brazilian cherry laminate floors in the formal living, dining, and family room are finally complete. Though not pictured here we also have a new textured ceiling on the first floor of the house.

And They Shall Bear Fruit From Their Labors

It has only been three weeks since planting the vegetable garden and we finally have a few tomatoes and a few green beans. Will keep you updated on the progress of the Morgan Vegetable Coop.

Phoenix's nursery project

Phoenix made this cute little bug visor in nursery last Sunday.....When asked "Who created the butterflies?" Phoenix's reply was "Heavenly Father" and he would fold his arms like he was getting ready to say his prayers. He is so smart.

On Mom's request

Mom was wondering where I was.....So here I am!!! TaDa.....Byron and I went to a friends wedding a couple of weeks ago and this was taken there!

Byron's other pride and joy

Byron has been working really hard the last few weekends to get the outside of the house looking nice. He has been working on a vegetable and fruit garden and has also planted a couple of trees and some shrubs in the front yard. The first picture is of our little strawberry patch (which is Phoenix's favorite), and the other two are various fruits and vegetables.

My New Buisness Cards

I have been working as a loan officer now for almost two years. I has been great to help others in their quest for home ownership. Now that I have defended my dissertation proposal, I plan on moving full steam ahead on closing at least six loans this year.

My Pride and Joy - Phoenix Blythe Elijah

Phoenix will be 2 on 5/30/2007. He is getting to the point where he has to do everything for himself.
